Take the Van Wyck South toward JFK Airport Take Exit 1A, Nassau Expressway East, and follow for 4 miles You will then see the Five Towns Shopping Center Continue 1/4 of a mile and there will be a large sign for Nassau Expressway 878 South. Follow for 2 miles Take the exit on the right for Seagirt Blvd., The Rockaways Continue to the fifth traffic light and make a right into the Wavecrest Gardens Security office.     Take the Belt Parkway East to South Flatbush Avenue Follow for 1 mile and take the Marine Parkway Bridge (There is a $1.75 toll) If you do NOT wish to pay the toll, follow the Belt Parkway to 878 South and follow the directions above Once you have crossed the Marine Parkway Bridge, bear left following the signs to The Rockaways Continue on Beach Channel Drive until you drive under the Elevated Subway (Approx. 5 miles) Make a right at B. 73rd Street (under the Elevated Subway Station) Continue one block and make a left onto Rockaway Beach Blvd. Continue 2 miles and Rockaway Beach Blvd. will merge into Seagirt Blvd. Get into your left lane on Seagirt Blvd. At the second traffic light, make a left into the Wavecrest Gardens Security office.
